Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and restrictions governing the use of Intellicrew Elevate ("Platform"), operated by Zykoon Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us"). All Customers and Users are required to comply with this AUP as a condition of accessing the Platform.

1. Purpose

The Platform is designed for corporate learning, compliance management, training delivery, AI‑assisted content creation, PoSH enablement, and analytics. This AUP ensures lawful, ethical, secure, and responsible usage of the Platform and its AI capabilities.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any of the following:

• Upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform to generate or distribute content that violates the PoSH Act, labour laws, DPDP Act, or other regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify Platform code, features, or security measures.
• Share, resell, transfer, or commercialize access to the Platform without written authorization.
• Use scripts, bots, scraping tools, or automation to access or interact with the Platform.
• Circumvent subscription limits by rotating users, sharing credentials, or artificially disabling/reactivating accounts.
• Upload malware, spyware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent identity.

3. Acceptable Use of AI Features

AI capabilities in Elevate—including text generation, course outlines, policy drafting, surveys, PoSH summaries, and smart tasks—must be used responsibly. Users must:

• Avoid using AI to create harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Review and validate all AI‑generated content before publishing or sharing.
• Ensure AI usage complies with applicable laws and internal company policies.
• Refrain from entering highly sensitive personal data into AI prompts beyond what is required for operational purposes.

AI outputs are assistive drafts only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Customer remains fully responsible for ensuring correctness and legal compliance of all AI‑generated content.

4. Security Responsibilities

Users must adhere to security best practices, including:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• Using strong passwords and not sharing accounts.
• Accessing the Platform only through authorized devices and networks.
• Reporting suspected security incidents immediately to the Company.

5. Protection of Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software components, designs, workflows, documentation, and Platform features are proprietary to Zykoon Technologies. Users must not:

• Copy or reproduce Platform components.
• Use Platform content or AI features to build competing products.
• Remove or obscure branding, notices, or ownership statements.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

The Company may monitor usage to detect misuse, ensure security, and enforce compliance with this AUP. Monitoring may include:

• Login/activity logs
• Device and browser metadata
• AI usage patterns
• Abuse or anomaly detection

If a violation is detected, the Company may take one or more actions:

• Issue warnings or require corrective action
• Temporarily suspend access to features or the Platform
• Enforce subscription upgrades where misuse bypasses limits
• Terminate the Customer's subscription without refund
• Report unlawful activity to authorities

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all employees, contractors, and internal users comply with this AUP and with relevant laws, including the PoSH Act, labour regulations, DPDP Act, and corporate conduct policies.

8. Updates to This AUP

The Company may update this AUP periodically. Updated versions will be made available on the website or via in‑platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
