This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules governing cancellations, renewals, and refunds for purchases made for Intellicrew Elevate, an AI-powered Learning & Compliance SaaS platform operated by Zykoon Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us").
All purchases made on the Elevate platform—whether subscription-based or one‑time PoSH Packs—provide instant access to digital services and resources. As such, all payments are considered final and non-refundable except where explicitly specified in this Policy.
Due to the immediate activation of services, including access to learning modules, AI credits, compliance tools, or PoSH resources:

PoSH Compliance Packs offer one-time access to mandatory compliance training and reporting capabilities and expire automatically on 10 February 2026. Due to instant access and the nature of statutory compliance:

Such refunds will be issued only after verification with Razorpay and may take 7–10 business days to process.
If a payment attempt fails:
AI credits included with subscription plans or add‑on purchases are non-refundable and expire as per the rules of the selected plan:
If renewal payment is not completed:
Suspension due to non-payment does not qualify for refunds.
Zykoon Technologies may revise pricing, credit allocation, or billing cycles with prior notice. Such changes do not entitle Customers to refunds or early cancellation credits.
